ShoWorks Web Pricing

The ShoWorks Web provides a means for your fair to save time, effort, and expense while enhancing the manageability of your entry process and reducing errors by allowing your exhibitors and/or clubs and schools to create their own entries.  Using the ShoWorks Web easily pays for itself regardless of your staff expense (volunteers or not) because it releases your staff to devote their time towards other duties rather than perform tasks that the exhibitors can easily (and more willingly) do themselves.

A session of the ShoWorks Web (a session is typically your fair year) may last a maximum of six months and has a Base Fee of $200.  This includes training and support (phone and email) for the ShoWorks Web.  The variable cost is 15 cents per entry plus 1% of the total shopping cart dollar amounts (entry fees and or additional fees by the fair).  *If the fair chooses to have credit card or echeck payments routed directly to their bank, those processing fees by the bank, merchant processor and gateway will typically apply (though no additional charges are from the ShoWorks Web). The fair is billed 30 within days after the expiration of their session.
