Gladstone Refund Policy

Fully functional trial version

Gladstone's products are downloadable, fully functional, and try-before-you-buy. We provide a free 30 day trial version of our software for your convenience to fully evaluate each product. During your trial period, our support staff is available to assist in installation and configuration via email, and if necessary, limited telephone support is offered (in addition to our variety of online help articles). Replacement of defective media

Gladstone, Inc. will replace any defective media (CD-ROM) at no charge if notified by customer within 90 days of purchase. A charge of $10 for replacement media may apply after the 90 day period, at Gladstone's discretion.

No Refund after payment is approved

If you purchase one of our products, after your credit card or check is approved, an email with an invoice/receipt attached will be sent to you with the fair/customer name and serial number to unlock the software or for some products that do not require serial numbers, the complete product will be emailed. No refund will be given once this information has been sent (as are the practices of many software companies). It is not possible to return a registered software product and there is no physical product to return.

Changes to Refund Policy

Gladstone, Inc. reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on the Gladstone website.

Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims

All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.
